Every NewMark™ customer is assigned a knowledgeable account executive who will provide comprehensive customer support. Your account executive will assist you in placing orders, update you about new product information and research, and provide technical support. NewMark customers are also invited to schedule a professional consultation with our staff physician.

Ordering Information

You may reach NewMark’s account executives to set up an account or place an order Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST by calling toll free 1-866-9NEWMRK (1-866-963-9675).

A copy of your professional license is initially required to set up an account. You are welcome to use our toll-free fax line 1-877-287-8202 to fax us your subsequent orders or email them to your assigned account executive.

Payment methods include: COD and all major credit cards. There are no COD charges for orders over $200. Credit terms are also available pending approval. We ship United Parcel Service ground and offer 3-day shipping to orders outside of our local zone to ensure a timely delivery. Free shipping is available with orders over $200.
